KUALA LUMPUR, August 13 2020 – SK magic, leading Korean wellness and home appliance company, is proud to announce the launch of Magic Cares, a new service aimed at creating more job opportunities for Malaysians, while boosting consumer confidence and trust in the brand.
The Magic Cares service will be staffed by an all-women team, professionally trained to provide top notch quality after-sales service and maintenance for SK magic’s range of water and air purifiers. The services include precise sterilization, deep cleansing and filter replacement work, among others. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the Malaysian Statistics Department reported that unemployment rate in the country is at an all-time high rate not seen since 1990 – a whopping 5.3 percent in May 2020 with 826,100 people losing their jobs. It is mandatory for staff to carry out regular temperature checks, clean their hands thoroughly with hand sanitisers, wear face masks at and gloves at all times, and practice social distancing during servicing.
