SK magic – Goodbye Virus AR Filter Challenge

Terms & Conditions

Organiser & Eligibility

  1. The Goodbye Virus AR Filter Challenge is a Contest is organised by SK Networks Retails Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (1288516-M) (AJL932325) [“Organiser”].
  2. This Contest is open to all individuals [“Participant”] with Malaysian Identity Card, residing in West Malaysia aged 18 and above only. Any application entry submitted by a participant who does not fulfill the above requirement will be deemed invalid.
  3. Employees of SK NETWORKS RETAILS MALAYSIA SDN BHD, their business partners, agents, agencies and immediate family members are not eligible to take part in this Contest.

 Contest Period

  1. This Contest will begin on 14th October until 4th November 2021 [“Contest Period”]. All entries received after the Contest period will be disqualified.
  2. The Organiser shall reserve its absolute right to amend the Contest Period and the Contest mechanics at any given time without prior notice.
  3. All contest entries in the form of Facebook feed or Instagram story posts must reach the Organiser on or before 4th November 2021.

 How to Participate

  1. How to Join on Facebook:
    a. Like our Facebook Page @myskmagic
    b. Use the Goodbye Virus AR Filter by SK magic Malaysia Official Facebook page
    c. Snap a picture or record a video using the AR Filter and show how the All Clean Virus Fit air purifier can eliminate virus and bacteria in the air
    d. Upload on Participant’s Facebook feed/story and tag @myskmagic and 3 of their friends.
    e. Add Hashtags #MYSKmagic #GoodbyeVirusHelloMagic #AllCleanVirusFit
    f. Set Participant’s FB profiles public
  2. How to Join on Instagram:
    a.     Follow our Instagram Page @myskmagic_
    b. Find and use the Goodbye Virus AR Filter in the filter tab on SK magic Malaysia’s official Instagram profile
    c. Snap a picture or record a video using the AR Filter and show how the All Clean Virus Fit air purifier can eliminate virus and bacteria in the air
    d. Upload on Participant’s IG feed/story, and tag @myskmagic_ with 3 of their friends
    e. Add Hashtags #MYSKmagic #GoodbyeVirusHelloMagic #AllCleanVirusFit
    f. Set Participant’s IG profiles public
  3. Only valid photos and videos using the Goodbye Virus AR Filter by SK magic with the tag @myskmagic_ or @myskmagic, 3 other people tagged, and using hashtags #MYSKmagic #GoodbyeVirusHelloMagic #AllCleanVirusFit, will be accepted and counted [each a “Qualified Entry” and collectively the “Qualified Entries”].
  4. Participants may submit more than one [1] Entries.
  5. Participants must set their accounts in ‘Public’ mode to be able to participate in this Contest.
  6. No purchase is required to participate in this Contest.

 Judging Criteria

  1. The winners will be chosen by the Organiser. Winners will be selected based on the number of entries submitted and the creativity of each entry submitted.
  2. Any Participants caught using an image taken from the Internet or stolen from other people’s account without permission will be disqualified automatically.
  3. The Organiser will select fifteen [15] winners, who have fulfilled all requirements stated above as winners.
  4. Two [2] grand prize winners will be chosen from Facebook and Instagram to take home one [1] All Clean Virus Fit air purifier (4-month contactless service) each. The prize comes with a free one [1]-year service from Organiser.
  5. Three [3] winners will be chosen from Facebook and Instagram to take home one [1] autographed polaroid image of Park Seo Jun each.
  6. Ten [10] winners will be chosen from Facebook and Instagram to take home [1] Touch n’ Go card featuring Park Seo Jun each.
  7. Judging criteria, evaluation, and decisions will be determined by the Organiser.
  8. Contest winner(s) will be selected and announced one week after the contest has ended.
  9. All of the Organiser’s decisions in connection with this Contest shall be final, conclusive and binding and the participants agree to abide by the Organiser’s decision with respect to all aspects in connection with this Contest. By participating in this Contest, the participants agree not to challenge and/or object to any decisions made by the Organizer in connection with the Contest.

Prize Entitlement

  1. Two [2] winners will each receive [1] All Clean Virus Fit air purifier (4-month contactless service), which comes with a free one [1]-year service from Organiser.
  2. Three [3] winners will each receive [1] autographed polaroid image of Park Seo Jun.
  3. Ten [10] winners will each receive [1] Touch n’ Go card featuring Park Seo Jun.
  4. All other expenses, including but not limited to the product’s yearly service membership fee of RM600 after the first year shall be borne by the winners.

Prize Redemption Method

  1. The Winners’ will be announced on SK magic Malaysia Facebook Page & Instagram Page. Each winner is required to contact SK magic Malaysia Facebook Page / Instagram Page in order to obtain further guidance for prize redemption within two (2) working days after the Contest winner(s) announcement, failing which, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prizes or assign the prizes to another Contest participant.
  2. In the event that any of the prizes are unavailable, the organiser may substitute any of the prizes with any other products of similar value. All prizes are given on an “As Is, Where Is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit or other prizes, whether in part or in whole.
  3. In the event of a dispute, the potential winner may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorised account holder of the identified Facebook or Instagram profile but the Organiser’s decision will be final.
  4. The decision of the Organiser is final, and no correspondences thereafter will be entertained.
  5. Prizes are neither redeemable nor exchangeable for cash.
  6. Upon receiving the prizes, each winner is required to take a picture with the prize and share it on their social media page (Facebook or Instagram) with the hashtags, #MYSKmagic #GoodbyeVirusHelloMagic #AllCleanVirusFit and tag SK magic’s Official Facebook (@myskmagic) or Instagram (@myskmagic_).

Responsibilities & Rights of the Organiser

  1. By participating in this Contest, Participants agree to be bound by the Contest Terms and Conditions. The decision of the Organiser is final. Any letters, enquiries, appeal or protest will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no action will be taken against the Organiser.
  2. By participating in this Contest, Participants give permission to the Organiser and/or any third party agents [“Agency”] elected by Organiser to process the Participants’ personal data, which is provided through the contest form entries for contest purposes.
  3. Participants will be fully responsible in the event of any injury, damage, loss or additional expenses as a result of participating in this Contest.
  4. Each Participant consents to such collection, use, processing and disclosure of his / her personal information, and represents and warrants that all information provided is true and accurate in all respects. Each participant agrees that the Organiser may, for a reasonable period of time, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or making phone calls to the Participants.
  5. By participating in this Contest, the Participant gives permission to the Organiser to use the Participant’s pictures and videos in the mass media for marketing purposes, publicity and advertising elements without any notice and / or compensation.
  6. Participants agree to surrender the copyright to the Organiser. All pictures and videos uploaded by the Participants for the purpose of this Contest will be the property of the Organiser and the Organiser reserves the right to use the pictures and videos of the Participants for any purpose it deems appropriate.
  7. The winners will be engaged by the Agency and the Organiser to provide a picture and/or video testimonial review when receiving the SK magic product.

Rights of the Organiser

  1. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, bugs or technical failures, the organiser reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest and select the winners at its sole discretion and disqualify anyone who, in their opinion, has tampered with or disrupted the entry process or operation of this Contest or violated the rules.
  2. All participants entering this Contest agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set by the organiser.
  3. The organiser reserves the right to:
    a. Substitute the prize with others of similar value without prior notice.
    b. Not disclose the judging criteria and methods of the contest entries.
    c. Publish winners’ personal details for promotional or publicity purposes without prior notice and amend or revise some or all the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
    d. Organiser has the rights to repost the chosen photos and videos into organisers’ social medias, e-commerce platforms and website, without any additional costs incurred from participants (winners are only entitled for the prizes).

Disclosure

  1. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and Instagram. All information obtained is solely provided to the organiser, and not to Facebook or Instagram.
